By using the Car Call app, you agree to the following terms and our privacy practices. Please read them carefully.

  • Car Call Account and Device Information: When you register, we ask for minimal personal information to create a unique Car Call account and QR code.
  • Delivery Address: If you purchase a physical Car Call device, we require your shipping address to deliver the product. This address is used only for delivery purposes and is not stored or shared for any other reason.
  • Contact Preferences: A We do not share your phone number or personal information with other users.
  • Messages and Calls Made Through the App: Messages and calls are transmitted securely and are not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver them.
  • Optional Location Data: If you enable location services, we may use your approximate location to assist with regional features. Location data is not stored or shared.
2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

  • Enable communication between car owners and third parties through the Car Call system.
  • Fulfill and deliver physical Car Call devices you purchase through the app or our website.
  • Improve app functionality and user experience.
  • Send important notifications related to the app.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties.

3. In-App Purchases

Car Call may offer additional features or functionality through in-app purchases. These transactions are handled by third-party platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and payment processing.

  • No payment data is stored or collected by Car Call.
  • Refunds are handled directly by the relevant platform and are subject to their policies.
4. License and Usage

When you use the Car Call app, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the service in any way.
  • Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree to:

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes.
  • Not harass, abuse, or spam other users.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if unauthorized access is suspected.

Please note: If you delete your account while having an active subscription, the current month’s payment will not be refunded. Access to premium features will remain available until the end of the paid period, after which the subscription will not renew.

Car Call does not integrate with third-party tracking services. If you follow external links (e.g., help or policy pages), those websites may have separate privacy policies.
