Car Call enables users to generate personalized QR codes linked to their account. Users may print and place QR codes on their vehicles so that other individuals may contact them anonymously regarding vehicle-related issues, including:
The Service allows communication without publicly exposing users’ phone numbers or personal contact details.
Car Call is NOT an emergency service. Users must contact local emergency authorities for emergencies, accidents, medical situations, criminal incidents, or urgent safety matters.
The application may request access to precise location and approximate location. Location access may be used to improve service functionality and communication features. Users may disable location permissions through their device settings.
With user permission, the application may access the device camera, microphone and image storage. This access is used exclusively for app functionality such as video calls, audio calls, and profile/QR-related interactions.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our own servers.
