Car Call provides a communication platform allowing vehicle owners and third parties to communicate anonymously through QR codes. The Service is intended for convenience and communication purposes only.
Car Call is NOT: an emergency response service, a law enforcement service, a towing provider, a roadside assistance provider, or a vehicle monitoring system. Users must contact emergency services directly for emergencies.

If the subscription expires and is not renewed, the QR code becomes inactive.
Users may purchase physical QR-related products. Pricing, availability, and shipping terms may change.
Payments are processed by third-party processors including Stripe. Users authorize charges associated with purchases and subscriptions. All prices may include applicable taxes where legally required.
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy. By purchasing any subscription or product, users agree to that policy.

All intellectual property rights relating to Car Call, including software, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, QR systems and content are owned by ENDLESS POSSIBLE TECH EOOD unless otherwise stated.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.
