Car Call is not intended for children. Users must be at least 16 years old where driving is permitted at that age, or at least 18 years old in all other jurisdictions.

4. What Car Call Does

Car Call enables users to generate personalized QR codes linked to their account, placed on vehicles so others may contact them anonymously regarding vehicle-related issues without exposing personal contact details. Car Call is NOT an emergency service.

5. Information We Collect

5.1 User-Provided Information:

Full name, email address, phone number
Country, city, street address and postal code
Emergency contact information, account credentials, support requests
Payment-related information

5.2 Technical Information:

IP address, device identifiers, operating system, application version
Security logs, authentication records, push notification tokens

5.3 Location: May be requested to improve service functionality. Users may disable this in device settings.

5.4 Camera, Microphone & Storage: Used exclusively for video/audio calls and QR-related interactions, with user permission.

5.5 Payment Information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store complete card numbers on our servers.
