By accessing or using Car Call, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
Users must meet the minimum age requirements stated in the Privacy Policy. All information provided must be accurate and lawful.
Car Call provides a communication platform allowing vehicle owners and third parties to communicate anonymously through QR codes for convenience purposes only. Car Call is NOT an emergency response service, law enforcement service, towing provider, or roadside assistance provider.
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, safeguarding login credentials, and ensuring account information remains accurate. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
A monthly subscription grants access to a personalized QR code and platform communication features. If the subscription expires and is not renewed, the QR code becomes inactive.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Users authorize charges associated with purchases and subscriptions. Prices may include applicable taxes where legally required.
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.
All intellectual property rights relating to Car Call including software, trademarks, logos, branding, and QR systems are owned by ENDLESS POSSIBLE TECH EOOD. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for missed notifications, delayed communications, unavailable services, internet failures, user misconduct, vehicle-related damages, or indirect/consequential damages. Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from misuse of the Services, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts at any time to protect security, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
