All subscription purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased. If a subscription expires, the associated QR code becomes inactive until renewed. Deleting an account does not automatically entitle a user to a refund.
Defective physical products may qualify for replacement. Users must contact support regarding defective items within a reasonable time of receipt.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Users in jurisdictions with statutory refund rights retain those rights regardless of this policy.
